This one recipe made a huge pot! There’s only two of us, hopefully this freezes well. Lots of flavor and super easy to make. My husband commented how good the house smelled. This is definitely a keeper and a more than once making.

This was absolutely delicious! I sautéed a diced onion with my ground beef before adding my own mix of spices to the taco meat (separate from the pack of of taco seasoning that you add to the pot). Once it came time to put everything into the actual soup, I added chopped cilantro, a whole limes worth of lime juice, and a diced jalapeño to the recipe. I’d suggest you let it sit for about 20 minutes after you take it off the heat before eating because I found that the longer it sits in the spices, the better the flavors become. Either way though, it’s great and truly will become a family favorite.

Turned out SOOO good. Used ground chicken instead of beef. Used taco seasoning, cumin, black pepper, chili pepper, and garlic powder. Cut up fresh green onion and cilantro.

So Easy! I added a tablespoon of diced jalapenos and seasoned with chipotle pepper, cumin, and some garlic powder. I also used 2 cans of fire-roasted tomatoes. A side of rice worked very well!
