    This casserole was easy to make and yummy! Will definitely be making this again! Followed the recipe and topped it with avocado, tomatoes and arugula!

    I used turkey instead of beef and added canned tomatoes and chillies as I cooked the turkey and onions. Turned out really well! My husband enjoyed it. I’ll definitely make it again for a gathering.
