Second time was perfect. I cooked for 15 minutes in a KitchenAid countertop oven. I made 5 slices and they came out perfect.

Tasted really good! It was kind of a mess to clean up the pans though, even though I did cover them in foil.

It was really good, but it should only be exactly 20 minutes or your bacon will burn, and make sure it's just in the middle of your oven.

Delicious, but if you like your bacon crunchy then I would cook for longer. Tastes almost identical to the million dollar bacon from First Watch!

We love this candied bacon. It turned out to be amazing warm with eggs, and later chopped and added to a spinach salad with pears and blue cheese.

Flavor was great! Mistake I made was that I used turkey bacon which was thinner so it ripped apart when I was tossing it in the mixture . I do plan to try this again with thicker bacon slices.

I made twice the coating because I had two packs of bacon. I ended up using all of it on one package and everyone loved it.

The bacon is amazing. Had to replace the maple syrup with honey but added water and it was fine. Super tasty and helps me make a killer BLT.

Recipe needs to only be used with thick cut bacon and 20 minutes is way too long. Bacon was burnt within 10 minutes
