These turned out really juicy! I had to cook them for 30 minutes tho so make sure to test with instant read thermometer.

Nobody in my family liked this meal. The flavor was ok, but if you eat a lot of grilled chicken this leaves you disappointed because it doesn’t have that grill flavor which makes the texture of the chicken feel very off. Maybe the type of barbecue sauce I used wasn’t good with this recipe... or maybe it’s my cooking skills. I’m not sure but I definitely won’t be trying this again.

Tried the marinade in a pan instead, and although sceptic, the experimentation of BBQ sauce and peach jam really paid off!

it was really good I added more peach like everyone else and more cayenne

the recipe was pretty good. In the future I think the remaining bbq sauce should be saved and once the chicken has baked, add the remaining sauce to the chicken pieces and place in the broiler to get that sticky bbq texture.

This was very good. Would probably add more peach preserve next time to get more peach flavor. Hubby gave it a 7 which is very good for him. Never heard him rate anything higher than an 8.

The recipe turned out great! Very nice and sweet but not overly sweet. I really feel like this was super simple and easy to make and didn’t take a lot of prep work or time to cook. This will be a recipe that I go to anytime I want to switch up how I prepare my chicken thighs!

LOVE IT !
Paired with white rice, added double the amount of peach jam, might add a littleeee bit more of cayenne pepper next time just for a little bit more kick. My partner isn’t a fan of spicy so thought the amount was perfect

Super hot with the cayenne - would onl6 use half the amount for my taste. Delicious otherwise. I used fresh peaches instead of peach jam and it was very refreshing.

Tasted great. BBQ sauce with a hint of peach covered on the chicken. It was great.

The sauce was good, glazed nicely, but I used breasts and even though I butterflied them they were kind of tough. thighs would have worked better.

I used apricot preserves since I couldn't find peach and it was amazing! I doubled the preserves as some of the other feedback recommended and happy that I did. My kids LOVED it!

A nice twist on BBQ chicken. I used twice the peach jam, as recommended in other reviews, and it was the perfect amount of sweet & spicy.

As based on the suggestions, I doubled the Peach Jam and used 6 thighs. Worked great.

Great dish. I decided to cook it in the crock pot and shred the chicken for sandwiches. Turned out well.

came out really good! although the amount of sauce you are making can cover more than the instructed amount of chicken being used.. and more cayenne pepper can be added also. other than that, it was perfect! taste like sweet n sour chicken from Chinese restaurants homemade style lol

It was a great recipe! I would use more peach preserves then the recipe calls, and the amount of sauce was perfect for 6 skinless boneless thighs not 4.

really good flavor! makes way too much sauce though. i ended up using seven chicken thighs instead of four and even then the thighs were kind of drenched.

Very easy to make and beautiful to serve. Did' not have any Peach Jam so I used some mashed canned peaches and ate the rest as a side. It was delicious. My wife loved it too.
