    It's quick and easy to make, I did not have bell peppers and substituted with broccoli stems and green beans. Worked nicely and I added some Chia seeds to the egg mixture.

    Easy to make, i missed spinach and mushroom though and I think I made too much bell pepper, onions and tomatoes, i may need to add aome cheese next time I’ll make it.
