This dish was excellent even without the fresh garlic. I added a packet of Hunt's Shepherd's pie seasoning mix. This entree will definitely be on our table again!

very tasty. just a lot different from how I usually make mine. I don't make as much of a sauce. the family hasn't tasted it yet we'll see how that goes.🙃 p

Love it the picky kids in my house even love it yum!!!
Used 2 lbs of ground beef and the ratio of beef to veggies worked just right. Made 2 cups of gravy and used about a half a can of tomato paste to get to the flavor we liked.

It is a little bland but still enjoyable

this was so good! i dont like a tomato tasting sauce in my pies, so i left out the paste. other than that, delicous!

Surprisingly bland. Since it was the first time I made it, I didn’t doctor the recipe. Needed salt, pepper, Worcestershire, various other things. Potatoes were a little thinner than I like for a good mash.

I didn't add tomato paste and used half the butter and it still came out awesome! The proportions of each part of the shepherd's pie was perfect and fit my casserole dish just right. I guess it's a sign that the family likes it too when there are barely any leftovers!

Great! I'd make it again if I had time, but in my opinion, it seemed a process.

Delicious! I made a few changes: ground turkey, pan gravy with butter, flour, chicken stock, and seasoning blend, and fresh nutmeg in the mashed potatoes!

It was absolutely delicious! ! i used a bag of frozen peas, carrots and corn mix that worked Great and was a little less chopping :) My family loved it. i will definitely make it again.
I thought it was amazing everybody loved it! I doubled the recipe but didn't have all the exact ingredients. I substituted garlic cloves for garlic powder 1/8 of a teaspoon for each clove. I only had one package of gravy mix so I used a 10 oz can of beef broth which I added with the onions. everything turned out perfect and it made enough 8 hungry people will definitely make again!

Recipe was great! My girlfriend and I added jerk sauce to the meat and it tasted fantastic! We also did a egg wash on the top and a layer of potatoes at the bottom for a base :) totally recommend
