My kids couldn't tell they were meatless. weve used tese in spaghetti, as meatball sandwiches, and as appetizers for parties. universally enjoyed.

Very tasty! I've made these a few times and try to keep some handy in the freezer for when my vegetarian friend comes to visit. They go so well wherever you would use regular meatballs. Two tips: be careful not to over process & you'll get the right consistency; don't try to double up unless you have a very large capacity food processor

Brilliant flavor, but the texture is just mush. Maybe I’ll replace the garbanzo beans with homemade seitan next time.

Great substitute and no more difficult than their non-vegetarian counterparts!

Turned out Great! I wanted to try these so bad that I finally bought a food processor. And I’m not disappointed! They taste good and like my bf said “they look like the real deal” 🤣

Horrible!!! I wasted so much time doing this!! mightve helped if i had a food processor reather than a blender though....

They are great. Made them three times . First time as recipe calls for with chick peas but also been making them with black beans . Just made 2 batches for my up coming party and froze them til I need them Seems like a lot of breadcrumbs, wished they took less, but this amount binds them easily

These are phenomenal! While I’m not a full fledged vegetarian I do eat about 90% veggies and 10% chicken. Variety is always a plus and this is definitely going into my rotation of recipes.

Awesome, other than the consistency you'd never know they aren't meat.

Made for my vegetarian husband and he loved it! Very easy to make. Tweaked a little to his liking.

I would change some things about this recipe. My food precessor couldn't fit all of the ingredients, so I had to transfer to the blender. But my blender couldn't manage the thickness, so I had to just take everything into a bowl and finish by hand. Lots more dirty dishes than I expected to have! Also, it took closer to an hour and a half.
