I added chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, but this recipe is also good without the additions. Will definitely make this again!

turned out good! i actually diched granulated sugar and got away with just 1/4 cup of a brown one. Muffins were sweet for my taste as really ripe bananas add a lot of sweetness too.
PS. i also added dried cranberries, as i had some left

They were delicious, they’re good for any time of the day and taste even better with butter or chocolate chips. The only thing was that it was a bit dry, but other than that it was magnificent.

These muffuns are exceptional. I accidentally forgot to add the 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and I'm so glad i did. It was the perfect sweetness for me. The bananas I useds were very rip, I used coconut oil instead of canola and I also topped with a cream cheese topping made with honey and cream cheese and decorated for easter with marshmallow easter eggs. They were a hit.

Awesome! Just whisk the egg whites separately and then add the mixture to the egg whites

I thought these were so good! The only tiny thing I changed was upping it to a full teaspoon of vanilla. Used 4 bananas-2 large and 2 medium. Muffins were moist and yummy. Thanks for the recipe!
