    Super easy, quick, and so colorful! I added red pepper and chili powder for spicy and smoky flavors. It was yummy and I'll definitely make it again :-)

    Loved this! I toasted some breadcrumbs, added some thinly sliced red onion and moz cheese...Absolutely delicious! Next time we might cook some pasta and put this nummy salad ON TOP :)

    Made this for dinner last night. Not a fan of cilantro, so we left that out and we decided to add some quinoa to it as well. Very yummy.

    Great salad with lots of crunch and flavor. It added a cool dimension to a hot 4th of July. I made it with the lime dressing, but I think just the lime juice would be just as good.
