    Pretty bland. Maybe it’s my fault because I subbed beef for turkey, but I followed the recipe otherwise. I wouldn’t suggest adding the leftover pepper to the mixture unless you really love peppers because it’s overwhelming. It overpowers both the garlic and the onion. Definitely needs more seasoning just in general.

    Turned out well !!! Didn’t have cheese to put on at the end but they were still tasty and I will make them again !!
