my favorite stuffed pepper recipe so far! i would use a different cheese next time though. the fresh mozzarella didn't melt throughout like I hoped it would

I used ground beef with this recipe and popped it in my slow cooker and then broiled at the end like the recipe indicated. The recipe is mild but good. You can easily tweak the heat and seasonings to elevate the dish.

Very good! I used half ground turkey and half sweet Italian sausage and based on reviews I amped up the spices…it turned out quite tasty! Will definitely keep this in my rotation

Very very tasty love all the ingredients ... we used ground beef instead of turkey

It was great! I had to modify it slightly due to dietary requirements (no cheese, onion or garlic) but it was still very tasty!

When making this I found the meat mix and rice to be rather bland. Added a lot more seasoning and ketchup and wostershire sauce which I can never spell even with spell check. It turned out good and reheated well the next day. I would make again but with my own modifications

Bland compared to other stuffed pepper recipes I’ve made over the years. I think with a few changes this would work well. One major difference on this one was that the filling was pre-cooked versus mixed raw and stuffed into the peppers and slow cooked all day as I’ve done traditionally.

Good recipe. Like that you don’t have to blanch the peppers. So it is a longer bake time but peppers turn out with good texture

Great! I added diced mushrooms, spinach, jalapeños and used brown rice instead of white. It was delicious!

This recipe is amazing!
I used fresh herbs instead of dry and I add a little hot sauce and red pepper into the mix.
I also save and use the tops of the peppers and chop them up and add them in as well.
It’s a family favorite!

Delicious! I had leftover seasoned ground beef from Taco Tuesday; so, I subbed that for the turkey. I also had a leftover 4-cheese blend; so, I subbed that for the mozzarella. I also increased the spices a bit to taste. These were very good; they will be added to the rotation.

Would recommend adding cheese in the mix and also using ground sausage. For it to be cheesier.

Loved this! We used ground beef and upped the spice, as recommended for adults.

Very good!!! Made with hamburger instead. When you broil use the low instead of high 🤦🏼♀️ cheese was a great touch.

Delish could have cooked longer -pepper still very firm - mozzarella was a great touch.

I followed the recipe and it didn’t turn out good at all. I’m surprised to read so many good reviews . It’s very bland and not tasty . Sorry
