    This was good. I would cover it and cook it about 45 min instead of 30. But it was tasty.

    Delicious! I used green bell peppers, brown rice and added corn. Served with fresh guac and pico!

    Great! I tweaked it a bit using salsa instead of tomato sauce and no celery. Also used brown rice.
