    I made this cake for an office birthday celebration and everyone raved about it especially two Southerners who rarely have strawberry cake in the North.

    It turned out great, it was gone in 2 days. I liked that it was quick, easy and delicious. The next time I make it, I will Use frozen strawberries, I did not purée The fresh enough to get rid of the seeds.

    It's a good cake, moist and delicious. However, the frosting is over the top delicious. It's what gets the recipe the 5 star rating.
