  • 3 cubes bean curd (fermented white)
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 chilli (chopped, optional)
  • 3 water spinach (bundles, we get ours from the local Asian supermarket)
  • 3 cubes bean curd (fermented white, including 2 tsp liquid from the jar)
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
