Perfectly delicious and easy to make. I've made it multiple times and adjusted it based on what ingredients I had available (for instance replacing the fresh minced ginger with half the amount of ground ginger). Also, if you like it more spicy, i replaced the sesame oil with sesame chili oil and it was absolutely perfect.

This was sooo good! My boyfriend and I are transitioning to becoming vegan and we loved this! Even my brother who talks a lot of mess about vegan food had a couple bowlfuls

Quick and easy and yummy. Pretty spicy if you follow recipe . Cut back on Siracha if you don't like it too spicy.

This dish was a awesome! I did not add heat...had Bok Choy on hand rather then cabbage.....added frozen corn also..made some ginger sauce to go with it...my hubster licked his empty plate! bahahah..Needless to say this is a keeper!! Thank you!
P.S. On a side note about the rice...I was told that to get the perfect rice..no matter how much you cook add water to the first knuckle...cover on a simmering heat until done about 30 mins I like the long grain brown rice...it always comes out perfect...bon Appétit!
