    Excellent - I loved it. I made it with chicken thighs because I prefer dark meat - didn’t roll as nice as a chicken breast but still looked & tasted great

    It was THE best. Easy and a family hit. Mine were so stuffed, I found wrapping the chicken in thin bacon layers really helped keep the stuffing in and all together- they were held with toothpicks. Super moist, and far from dry. Definitely pounding the chicken before prep makes a huge difference than not pounding it at all.

    This came out wonderfully delicious😁 I used frozen spinach because I needed to use and added a little fresh and then I made it in our air fryer oven. Was a little concerned it would make a mess on the screen but I was able to prop them up and sit upright next to eachother. Used a few extra toothpicks and barely any drippings. Cooked at 400 which was little too high so need to keep it at 350, I think. Took 15 minutes and created a nice crisp on the outside. Very impressed with the recipe. Forgot to take a picture hisband said we should have added bacon I laughed because of the recipe addition u noted and said we’d try that next time

    It was okay. I added some of my own seasoning before putting in the oven and it was still fairly bland. I recommend marinating the chicken before stuffing with the spinach mixture, or brine it in salt/rosemary/thyme. I was a little disappointed in the finished product but it can definitely be tweaked pretty easily.

    I actually tried this with pork rather than chicken, because I used my chicken for another recipe. Turned out good! Needed a little more seasoning but otherwise pretty delicious.

    I had to cook it longer because the chicken breast was extra thick but other than that this turned out great! Not a lot of ingredients which made it easier to prepare!
