Super easy. Didn’t have whole canned tomatoes so subbed with crushed. Only had to use the immersion blender for a few seconds. Will make again!

Fresh and nice. Since there was no cream it wasn’t heavy. Perfect with my grilled jalapeño pepper jack toasted cheese sandwich. Added a bit of fresh basil when I served it.
