    Added rosemary, sage, thyme, umami, and didn’t add spicy stuff came out spectacular! Topped it with feta and shredded mozzarella and voila!

    I used lamb instead of turkey and added onions. I recommend the extra veggie, but I think it would have been better with the meat as written.

    Absolutely amazing! Added a Mexican cheese blend which doesn’t make it Whole30 anymore but was a good addition! Also topped it with green onions instead of pine nuts

    Great flavor. I didn’t stuff peppers, just used the filling (deconstructed stuffed pepper!😉) May use leftover filling to stuff some in coming days.

    It had a really good flavor! I definitely added too much oil to the pan so that took away from the consistency. I am not a fan of spicy food and I thought this was just the right amount of spicy and perfect with the peppers.
