  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup prepared marinara sauce (or Calabrian red sauce for serving)
  • 1/2 asiago cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
  • lemon wedges
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven on Air Fry Mode to 400°F.
    2. Remove the tips from the wings and set aside. Using a sharp knife, split each wing at the tendon between wing and drum, making 2 separate pieces. Repeat w/remaining wings.
    3. Transfer wings to a large bowl and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add 1 tsp of the kosher salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper & ½ tsp black pepper, and toss to completely coat wings in the seasoning mixture.
