    This took WAY longer than 20 minutes to absorb all the broth! I was worried the rice would be mushy, but the rest of my family loved this! I added a diced yellow bell pepper and chopped green onions and leftover vegan chorizo and black beans.

    didn't have all the ingredients, so had to substitute. Turned out great tho.
