So so tasty! An easy switch up for our typical eggs and bacon breakfast.

This is my second time making this recipe. First time was yesterday and I toasted it last time. Also paired my homemade shortbread and homemade bread with it. It’s delicious!

We loved them! They were healthy and the tomato was very good. We’ll probably make this recipe again

Amazing and easy.
Usually have a hard time making eggs without breaking the yolk but this was a breeze can be scooped up with a spatula easy onto a plate or toast. Used Asiago instead of Parmesan
Will have to make with chorizo next time

This was the easiest recipe. It was like a quiche or a frittata without all the work. You can change the ingredients and seasonings to make it Italian, Mexican or anything else.

Delicious and fresh! I used salsa instead of tomato. With a side of pita bread

Fantastic. An excellent meal to make for someone for breakfast if you want to impress with minimal effort.

Easy to make! And very delicious. I reduced the recipe to make it for one and substituted grated cheddar.

This was such a pleasant surprise! I used the fire roasted diced tomatoes but otherwise stuck to the recipe! I have a fresh herb garden and the flavors were awesome! This would be a beautiful breakfast to serve to guests! Highly recommend!!!

Delicious! So many yummy flavors in one dish! I did use lime juice and cilantro petite diced tomatoes. Was a good amount for two people.

Great dish, super easy. Subbed onions for a med. shallot, added 1/2 can of black beans, added green chili, 5 eggs instead of 4, topped with smoked paprika. Needed more parmesan...but I was using some expensive stuff and didn't want to go overboard. Would def make again!

Good but slightly burnt :)
There is too much tomato sauce for the amount of eggs in it . Maybe a little mild and less sauce will bring out the egg taste more

Great flavor, I added hot sauce after for spice, and the lid on the pan is imperative. You could maybe add beans so it's more filling but still healthy.

I was searching for a different way to cook eggs and this turned out fabulous! I used fresh herbs from my garden; I would recommend trying this out with fresh herbs if you have then available.

Great recipe all around...tastes even better with fresh rosemary. If you like your eggs runny like me, then don't cover the eggs very long while in the pan.
