So easy to make. Could be made without sauce, condiments only. We added Gardein Chicken.

This was a very interesting dish! The spaghetti squash paired nicely. It was much too garlicky for me though. I would recommend decreasing to one or 2 cloves. It makes a lot so I will be eating on this for a few days!

I liked it! I like a little soy sauce and salt but really good!

Not a huge fan. The ginger is overpowering and I needed to add salt to add to the flavor. Maybe the aminos and Tamari combo didn’t work, but either way not making it again. Worth the try to do something different with spaghetti squash.

Husband and toddler approved, turned out great! I didn't use the ginger though, just because I don't like ginger.

Delicious and so easy! I used more of the cabbage than it called for and added mushrooms and shishito peppers. Also, marinated tempeh and added it for protein. Yummy!

    My husband had seconds.

A great, superfast weeknight meal, especially if you cook the spaghetti squash ahead of time. I added sesame seeds, pineapple & shrimp. I discovered the squash could get mushy so I also added extra cabbage, which helped the consistency. I topped it with cashews for a garnish, which my husband loved. I will definitely make this again.

I really didn’t know what to expect I’ve never had spaghetti squash. This dish was AMAZING!!! Kids didn’t even know it wasn’t pasta.

Expected more I give this a 3 because, but part of the problem was me. Normally I improvise as I cook, but did not this time & it turned out mushy, but tasted good. I think I had too much squash, should have increased the Cole slaw to offset that

It was delicious I would so make it again

Bake squash for full 40 min softer is better. Added diced pan fried chicken seasoned with salt and white pepper. Will add more cabbage next time

it turns out to be something better suited as a spring roll innard than a chow mein, but still tasty. definitely won't be using this recipe again though, unfortunately.

Loved this! My squash was huge so I didn't use the whole thing. Added another stalk or two of celery for crunch, but followed the rest to a tee. Will make again!

This was amazing!! I like the suggestion to add mushrooms... definitely will make again with them added. Also, if you can cook the spaghetti squash in advance, this would be a super quick week night dinner!

Delightful and super tasty. Doubled slaw with a super food slaw mix, used braggs and 2 T dark agave. Also added sautéed mushrooms. Boyfriend LOVED it.

Turned out great! The addition of the celery and cabbage lends a little crunch to the dish... Which is awesome since I tend to think that a lot of spaghetti squash dishes are too "mushy".

This turned out great! My boyfriend that doesn't even like spaghetti squash really enjoyed it. I will definitely be making this one again.
