Basic casserole recipe, great way to use left over veggies instead of tossing them!

Very tasty. I added sweet Italian sausage, served with salsa, sour cream, chopped jalapeños, and green onion. None left.

Delicious! I used Parmesean, Mozzarella, and Velvetta Cheeses and added cooked potatoes to stretch it, and it tasted like a quiche.
