- In a plastic bag or shallow bowl, toss together pork cubes with seasoning until pork is evenly coated. Thread pork cubes, alternating with pepper and onion pieces, onto skewers*. Grill over medium-hot fire, turning occasionally, until pork is nicely browned, about 10 minutes.

Used pork loin cut into 1” cubes. Mixed Taco seasoning with olive oil & a little fresh lime juice then marinade meat, green, yellow, orange & red bell peppers along with the yellow onion in the marinade before grilling. Easy & so delicious. Served with Spanish rice & refried beans. Great meal.

We let the pork marinade in the taco seasoning for 8÷ hours and used yellow & orange bell pepper instead of green. Everyone loved it! Served with mashed potatoes.

OMG...yum! I added whole mushrooms, added everything to a bowl, tossed it with oil, and then added the seasoning to everything. So good!

Delicious, had it with tzatziki on the side which worked perfectly to balance the spice!
