This is an easy and tasty meal. I added Sriracha mayo to mine instead of the adobo chilies to cut down on some of the spice.

Excellent! I turned this into tostadas. Why put this on naan bread? I bought crispy corn tostadas and then followed the recipe exactly. I did use vegan cream cheese. And Rotel tomatoes. But that’s the only change. Let me tell you. So so good. The chipotle chilies might be a little spicy for kids, so cut back if necessary. Highly recommend.
