It was very good, my husband said he liked it a lot, he is a picky guy. I used all the ingredients and added a dollop of light sour cream before serving. I thought this was easy to make, flavorful, and a hit in our house. The recipe is a keeper!

Easy to make and delicious! I didn't make any changes to the recipe. My husband loves it so I make it almost every other week. He is picky about cooked vegetables so this one is perfect because he will eat these ones cooked. Last time I made it I forgot the cilantro and it did make a difference, I won't make that mistake again.
