I was going to be short on time, so I had precooked the chicken with garlic and onions as well as the rice....
When it came time to put it all together, I added larger amounts than the recommended spices and cheese, and added bell peppers. I cooked it at the recommended temperature but only for 25 minutes. Very tasty!

I cooked the chicken already per another comment. Came out delicious. I used 2 cups of cheese because why not. More cheese the better.

Turned out really good! I used cooked chicken, I don’t think it would have gotten hot enough to cook raw chicken.

I’ve made this recipe many times. It is delicious and easy to make. It re-heats well.

My husband & I loved this. Since there’s just the two of us, there was lots leftover so I rolled it up in tortillas & made taquitos the second day. so good 😊

Really great! I forgot the corn and would def add it next time. I did add red and green bell peppers and those were a great addition. I finished it off with avocado and was wishing I had a little sour cream to top it off with but was still great without it
