I’ve made this before and my family still loves it. Need to use thin cut pork chops instead of thick cut and reduce gravy cooking time by 5 minutes.

Added 2-3 T flour to thicken sauce. The listed 2 T salt is WAY too much. I probably used 2 t of salt and it was still salty. Served with cauliflower mashed potatoes and stove top. My boys loved it.

Not bad. Didn’t have cream so I added a little butter and flour to the gravy. Came out nice overall. Next time I will sauté some onion before the pork and have to top..

This recipe was okay. I agree with a lot of the other commenters. There wasn’t a thickening agent so the gravy was pretty runny. I also think there needed to be different amounts of the spices, as it tasted a little too herby for me. The instructions were okay, but I tend to like a bit more detail.

Needed a bit more flavoring. Very easy to make. Will review others thoughts and will make again.

The flavors weee decent, but there was an excessive amount of salt which resulted in my having to dump and start over the gravy. Gravy lacked a thickening agent…I ended up using some xantham gum to give it some body. Instructions were unclear at several steps and did not specify whole or ground coriander (I ground some). Would also recommend using one tablespoon butter and a tablespoon of oil to prevent burning the butter during the initial sear. Obviously it’s a very rich dish and would do well with mashed potatoes and some vinegary collard greens to cut through and add brightness.

Amazing savoury dish. I added sliced mushrooms after the chops were done and then set aside before adding the cream, stock and spices. I added them back in at the same time as the chops.

Turned out pretty well. Delicious but doubled the sauce and couldn’t get the sauce to thicken enough. Might add a little flour next time as others have done.

Perfect! I added garlic and red pepper flakes to the sauce and it was awesome! I think next time I’ll make extra sauce and throw some broccoli or summer squash/zucchini in

It was delicious! My daughter made it and my husband said she makes smothered porkchops now!

I made these boneless chops without a brine, as they were only 1" thick. I used less salt due to my Sodium intolerance so I made it more of a Stroganoff sauce. I used Buttermilk and a bit of Sour Cream. These acted as the brine and the Chops turned out very tender. The Thyme, Oregano, and Coriander flavors made such a flavorful Sauce. The Dish was a hit tonight.

It was definitely not what I was expecting. Not very good. The pork chops were good, but the sauce was disgusting. Will not make again!
