Best macaroni cheese recipe out there! I use smoke gouda instead of smoked cheddar. I double the recipe to make 13 x 9 dish and add half tablespoon of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder, plus 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the milk mixture. I then sprinkle a tad bit more salt, pepper and paprika to top of dish. Everyone absolutely loves it!
