    Delicious! Definitely requires a few extra minutes in the oven. I added 1tbsp lemon zest and 1.5 tsp lemon juice and loved the result.

    They turned out pretty good the texture was fine, I used 1/2 of Erythritol and 1/4 of monk fruit sweetener. The only problem was the cook time, it took way more time than said. But I popped some keto ice cream on it and it tasted delicious.

    Obviously they won’t be as great as regular sugar cookies, but still taste good and satisfy your sweet tooth. Maybe I just didn’t like the replacement sugar as much so I’ll cut down next time. Overall, quick and good recipe.

    These are fabulous. The perfect bite! I used a variation of Splenda for my sweetener because I had it on hand and I was not disappointed! Perfectly chewy and light. I already have ideas for savory versions of these for next time!

    Tastes better then I'd expect for an alternative sweetener cookie recipe. Not great, might even be better without the sweetener, but still paletable if you need a little snack and stay on keto

    didnt freeze them and just popped em right in. not sure if this was where it all went bad but when i went to take them out of the oven they where in the same shape as when i first popped them in. still in ball form. not at all like the picture. next time ill try to freeze before i pop them in and not add as much erythritol! a little too sweet.

    I’m new to Keto and it’s probably frowned upon for using Splenda, but I can’t do full force erythritol. I used half of each. I also didn’t realize I was out of vanilla, so I used cherry extract in its place. They turned out pretty tasty!

    Mine didnt turn out fluffy but they are soft and tasty. AND my 5 year old likes them! I cut the sweetener by 1/4 of a cup, used 1 cup erythritol and 1/4 cup monk fruit. Not sure if that effects the raise.
