Next time I have to make sure the dough is smoother as it resembles now a cauliflower but turned out really nice

Brilliant - really simple recipe to follow, and just the ticket as I didn't have buttermilk. I used Greek yoghurt because that's what was in the fridge, added a bit more liquid too as its thicker than plain yoghurt so just to loosen it up. Turned out perfect 👌
