Very good used coconut oil instead of regular oil and reduced the amount of sugar in the cake by ½ cup. It was very good but I'll use a bit more spices in it the next time

This is a very tasty recipe - it makes a lot of batter so be prepared! Will definitely make again!

I only had self-rising flour, and so I omitted the baking powder. Tastes like cookies with a texture like cake - Delicious!
