I will make this un-veg by adding ground lamb. It's great on its own, but I think lamb, mint and some Greek yogurt will make it spectacular!

Excellent! The kind of dish you could make as is or spice up to your hearts delight! I added a little tobacco and cayenne pepper. ;-)
