This roast was absolutely delicious and super easy to prepare. I seasoned it pretty aggressively with salt, cracked black pepper, garlic granules and chipotle powder in the flour, then let the slow cooker do its thing overnight. I will whip up some mashed potatoes when I get home from work and dinner is on. Will definitely be making again. Thnx!
