I read the comments first to see if the recipe needed help. I left out the shredded cheese and opted for a pint of sour cream, added an envelope of beef onion soup mix. Added cracked pepper and black garlic. Also microwaved the sliced potatoes before adding to crockpot mixture. Tasty!

So awful totally tasteless. Potatoes did not cook, despite being in slow cooker for four and a half hours. Meat was tasteless. Soup was too watery. Do not attempt this again!

Amazing! I love that it only uses a few ingredients & they are all things that I usually have already. I didn’t have enough ground beef so I used an extra potato. I made sure to use plenty of the spices we like so it wouldn’t be bland 🥔🧀
