This is a new favorite in our house! It’s easily converted into a gluten free meal as long as you get gluten free taco seasoning and tortillas. It’s so easy to make and so delicious! Just throw everything in the crock pot, wait a few hours, and you’re good to go!

this turned out fantastic... great taste..really enjoyed the chicken tacos.. good change from beef tacos... my guys gave it the stamp of approval so we will be making it again..

I make this probably 5 or 6 times every couple months because it’s really quick and it tastes amazing. It’s also simple so there’s a lot of room for experimentation.

I used dried cilantro but if i had the time i would've used the fresh, as it would have doubled the cilantro flavor.

Extremely tender chicken with an excellent flavor. This would go great to make your own chipotle burrito!
