Easy and very flavorful. I used thick, boneless pork chops. I served it with long grain rice and sautéed peppers, mushrooms and squash. I will definitely make it again.

Would make again my daughter who hates meat devoured it. just left out Ginger since I am not a fan of it. great recipe

My husband’s favorite pork chops. Perfect flavor and very tender! I served with Hasselback otatoes and corn on the cob. Great meal!
