Super easy! I waited until after I shredded the chicken, to add the bell peppers and onion... it came out really good! Definitely will be making this again!

Delicious! Tangy too with the addition of lime. I often add a little more spice, just to crank it up a notch!

So easy and it was a big hit in our house, I did keep it on the crockpot a bit longer so my chicken was ready to shred instead of slice. I will shorten the cook time next time.

Delicious! I will add this to the rotation. The only thing I'd change would be add the peppers/onions closer to the end so they would have some more crunch. I served with Mexican rice and frozen street corn. I also used 2 packets of Walmart fajita seasoning mix instead of the seasoning.

It turned out great. I added the vegetables to the last hour of cooking so they weren't mushy. I will definitely make again.

Absolutely amazing! I don’t cook and this was the first crockpot meal I’ve made! I couldn’t get over how delicious it was!! Super easy to make too!

So glad I found this recipe for the spice mix alone! Much better than any store bought mix I’ve ever tried. I keep a supply of it on hand and use it in fish, too. I like to use the honey, oil, lime and minced garlic as a marinade and then add the spice mix as a finishing touch on both chicken and fish before baking, broiling or sautéing. I haven’t tried the crock pot chicken and veggies version because my family isn’t a fan of shredded chicken, which I think would happen if I slow cooked the chicken; and we prefer our fajita veggies to be skillet roasted in butter.

The flavor was delicious but there was quite a bit of liquid so I would maybe take out more than 1 cup of the liquid next time!

Really delicious love how the flavor was good even when you didn’t sauté everything

It was good I would have preferred it grilled but I thought I would give this a try since we were at 103° where I live. I also use all the juices to make my spanish rice didnt want to lose all those flavors.

It was delicious, i had to use packet spices due to where I was looking but everyone was really pleased.

This turned out so good. I didn’t have the canned tomatoes but did have a 16 oz jar of salsa so I used that. My slow cooker cooked this on high in 2 1/2 hours and the chicken was falling apart, so I just shredded it. So yummy! Would definitely make again!

Delicious I marinated the chicken, cut into cubes, and baked for 25 minutes.
During that time I sautéed the peppers. When chicken was done, I sprinkled the mixed spices over chicken and stirred until covered. Added this and tomatoes to peppers and cooked on low about 15 minutes, I used whole wheat tortillas that I heated
