Doubled the recipe and it turned out too tomato-y. Next time gonna try doubling everything except the diced tomatoes and see how it turns out!

Simple to make, lovely fresh flavours. We drained the tomatoes as suggested and had a lovely thick sauce, not dry at all and the chicken was tender. Cooked for 5 hrs on low.

Used chicken breasts instead of thighs, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Delicious — and my 8-yr old had seconds and then asked for thirds.

Very good. Loved the olives. Served over spiral noodles. Didn’t drain the tomatoes, will next time.

Great flavor profiles. I was hoping for a little more liquid like the photo, but I also didn’t add the optional stock to the recipe. I would highly recommend making this cacciatore.
