This wasn't bad, but there really wasnt that much "buffalo" to it. It was kind of just a spicy chili with chicken.

Really good dish, roasted tomatoes add a nice flavor. I added red pepper flakes for additional spice, but that’s a matter of personal preference.

Threw it all in the crockpot and cooked high for four hours. It was sweeter than expected, but pretty good. Next time I’m going to try to balance the flavor a bit more by adding a pack of ranch, and maybe cream cheese at the end. We didn’t have any blue cheese but it would be SO GOOD topped with that and maybe corn chips! The toppings definitely add a lot of flavor, but we were out of most everything so just ate the chili. It was good but I would tweak it to my taste!

I didn't even use the skillet. just put everything in the crockpot together (raw chicken breast too) cooked it on low for 4 hours ans turned out perfect!

This takes a little work to put together, but its good! I thought it would be spicier than it was, but now I know I need to adjust that a little. I always know its good when my partner goes back for seconds and takes it for lunch the next day. I had some for my breakfast. It would make a good omelet.

Loved it! It was so easy to make, I did add 2 fresh jalapenos and 1 fresh poblano peppers to it (w/o the seeds) to give it a little more kick. I will definitely be making it again! Thank you.

Made this on a rainy Saturday morning to eat during Wild Card Weekend games. It was so delicious and comforting. Just what I was hoping for. And it was easy to make!

Delicious! I used extra wing sauce, sour cream, blue cheese, green onions and avocado. I brought it to work and everyone raves about it!

Awesome. The buffalo sauce adds so much flavor. Put some blue cheese on it and it’s amazing!
