This is a really good lasagna. I substituted 1% milkfat cottage cheese for ricotta. My only complaint is the amount of water the recipe wants you to add to the pan. I only used 1\2 cup and thought the sauce was too watery. I normally don't boil my lasagna noodles before placing in the oven and have never added water to the pan and it has always came out fine. I thought this time I would try something different. Next time I will skip the water.

Delicious! Made my own sauce, using turkey Italian sausage. The liquid did spill over into my oven while baking & when I took it out, it was soupy. But firmed up just fine as it sat. SO GOOD!

Would definitely make again very tasty and easy. My son would not eat it but he doesn’t like pasta everyone else liked it. Added red chili flakes. Next time I might try and make lower fat and add more spinach.

Perfect! Was absolutely delicious! Used fresh spinach & sauté with plenty of garlic.

So good! I used fresh sautéed spinach in with the ricotta which looked and tasted great. I used Rao’s arrabbiata jar sauce. Also, after it was done, I put it under the broiler for a minute because I like a well done crust. Will definitely make again!

This turned out really well. I added some onion while sautéing the spinach and took the advice to pop the spinach mix in the food processor. I had a toddler so stringy bits don't go down so well. I used a bit more ricotta and spinach *for 4, 250g pack ricotta and approx 250g spinach and arrabbiata sauce was 360g. I just added about 2 tablespoons of water and used dried lasagna sheets. cooked in 40mins @200 C. We really enjoyed it, and I will certainly make it again.

The basics are there, but it really needed some other herbs and spices. It was definitely tasty and a good jumping off point for any lasagna. I added things like mushrooms, onions, and ground turkey for the hubby.

Delicious! Sadly I didn't have any eggs so I used peanut butter as a substitute. It still tastes great!

Yum yum yummies (as we say in our family)!
Great and easy recipe. I went ahead and used full fat ricotta- might try a "skinnier" version next time but I always like to try the "real" thing first, and it did it disappoint. Used more garlic than called for and loved it- we're garlic lovers tho. Did do the extra step with the processor and glad I did, turned out great. Might try again and sneak some soy meat into the mix, for the meat eaters in the family.

This was the best lasgana my husband and I ever had. Even Garfield would be impressed. Our cat came over immediately once it was on the table looking for the lasgana (no, he didn't get any). I could make this ten times over. I cannot wait to make this for family and friends over the years to come. I am even excited for left overs for lunch and dinner! Amazing dish!

We added some different spices and used half ricotta and half cottage cheese instead of all ricotta. It was pretty good, just still getting used to the spinach texture. (Ground but still noticeable) My seven year old didn't eat as much as she normally does with lasagna, but she ate most of a piece. It came out to 294 calories for 1/9th with how we made it. Or 221 for 1/12th but we like bigger pieces. :)

This was delicious! I may have reordered the cheeses a little (mozzarella in the spinach) and used the ricotta in a cheese sauce instead of only mozzarella cheese, but this was such a delicious recipe!
