This was good but did have to make some adjustments. I used three potatoes as there were only two of us. I used half a cup of heavy cream and half a cup of skim milk (this made it the right amount of creamy-without being too much). I didn’t used a Bay leaf and only 1tsp of tyme. I also added a little bit more of the garlic powder for some extra flavor. It was a hit! Flavourful and creamy!

2019-12-04. Added 2/3 cups of milk instead of 1 cup as I used less potatoes. Next time will use the 1 cup. Did not add the thyme , used dried rosemary instead. Taste was on point and liked the fact that it did not have any cream. Would make again

Crispy and cheesy on top - soft and full of flavor inside. Liked the “skinny” ingredients.

Turned out great !! I loved it the only thing I did different was add onion powder instead of garlic

This was ok. I get that it is skinny but Gratin should be creamy and it wasn't at all. The taste was alright. The thyme I thought was a little much.
