If you want a quick and easy Mexican dish that is delicious, my kids loved this meal!

Awesome easy way to have a yummy meal prep all week. Added rotel chiles and tomatoes and store bought taco seasoning, absolutely bursting with flavor!

I guess it is good if you're on a low carb diet, but it kind of just tasted like I was eating chip dip.

This recipe was delicious and very easy to make. I replaced the refried beans with chicken and added some avocado on the side. Will be making this again!

It turned out beautiful. I left out the black beans. i used a pound of ground turkey and a can of Rotel tomatoes. Added a bit more spice and cheese. It was great!

Ended up pretty good but as other reviewers have said it needs a lot more spice. nearly doubled the chili powder and cumin before it tasted right.

It was good but didn’t have a ton of flavor (when I think of Mexican, I like some spice!) I’ll try again and tweak it next time

Wonderful and easy! I made it night before, then all I had to do when I got home was to pop it the oven to bake & left it in oven about 15 minutes more (since it was cold from fridge) Delicious!

i used Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead of the green chilies. i also used cayenne and paprika in place of the chilli powder. added about 1/2 lb of ground beef. it was delicious. topped wirh sour cream and more cilantro.

Not quite sure where I went wrong in making this, but there was a load of liquid in the bottom of the dish, making it almost soup-like! The flavours were okay - the pickled chillis were a bit overpowering for my taste (even though I used less than was listed) making it difficult to taste the other ingredients.

Very tasty did change some things after reading reviews 1 used salsa instead of pasta, 2 used black beans instead of Z squash,3 used a diff cheese,, but my picky grandkids loved it

This was just ok. We didn’t care for the refried beans. I’ll try it again with them to see if we like it better

My family loved it. Only thing extra I added was I doubled the cilantro and topped it with Cholula chili lime sauce. 👍

i added ground turkey and lauered the tortillas on top to give a crunch. flavor was really good. some thought it was too spicy, but i loved it!

I used salsa instead of enchilada sauce. Tastes great, definitely don’t skimp on the cheese!! And recommend a little hot sauce or it’s a little bland.
Can use leftovers at breakfast, just throw an egg on top and it’s a deconstructed breakfast burrito!!

Great! Very Yummly! I added Ground Turkey meat to the recipe... a little less beans and more corn!

My brother loves this dish and asks me to make it on a regular basis. Thank you so much.

This is more like chili then caserole. That being said, it was a huge hit!
The tortilla crust makes it very fun to eat, and tastey, too!

Great recipe, but needed a few tweaks for a more robust flavor. I added a little extra enchilada sauce, used 2 tortillas instead of 4, added way more green chile, cumin, and corn, and added a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes. I think the extra stuff made it hold its shape easier (easier to cut and serve). This is in my menu rotation now. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

I was so excited to make this, but it turned out awful I followed the recipe as directed, but the flavors did not work.
