Great. Served over pennie pasta with sheet pan eggplant Parmesan, snow peas cooked in butter, and a Chardonnay. Not a quick dish, but worth the time.

Super!!! It actually turned out to look just like the photo. I would have reduced the seasoning by half but my husband thought is was just right. Loved the mushrooms and spinach for look and taste! Next time I would chop the sun dried tomatoes into smaller pieces but that is just preferences.

Was delicious. Added some shallots with the mushrooms. Added some white wine since I was a little light on the heavy cream on hand. Delightful. Served over penne.

I too used butter for sautéed mushrooms, and half n half, but ended up using a thickening agent to get the right consistency. Also upped the spinach and tomatoes to get my salad in very flavorful recipe

Fantastic. This was so good. I used chicken tenders because I prefer smaller and more tender pieces of chicken. I also used half and half instead of heavy cream but if you do that, make sure it’s not boiling when you add it or it may curdle. I also put in extra sun dried tomatoes because they are so delicious. I sautéed the chicken in olive oil and butter, and then I sautéed the mushrooms in more butter as it gives a divine flavor. I will double the sauce next time I think. I served it over pasta. YUM!!!! I’m adding this to my recipe collection.

Good flavor and easy to make. Needed to add cornstarch and water to thicken.

yummy I put freeze dried tomatoes in it and thosr taste terrible but last time I didn't and it was great

Super good. I heard 10 yummy sounds during dinner. Thought I had chicken breasts but they were thighs. Didn't have cream so used cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of water with small amount of better than bouillon chicken flavored. Whole package of spinach because it cooks down and added at last minute, oh also a good shake of Worcestershire sauce. Sorry to make these changes but it was what I had. It was delicious and I would make again and maybe less calories. 😎

Loved this! Added some bacon and artichoke hearts to the sauce, served with butternut squash noodles and some Francis Coppola white wine.
