Amazing flavor in the sauce! I paired this with oven roasted cailoflour and broccoli. One recommendation I would have would be to thicken the sauce with either flour, arrowroot powder, or cornstarch. It didn't really stick to the pork or to the vegetables I paired with it. This is just one thing I would do differently but overall great dish! Definately making this one again!

I had high hopes for this recipe but was disappointed. Even though I reduced the amount of brown sugar it was still rather sweet. Some may like sweetness but it isn't my thing.
