This. Was. Delicious. I had to make a Worcester sauce substitute, but either way, it came out perfect. Tender. Absolutely scrumptious.

Wowee! Big hit tonight THANKS for a great recipe. ‘Searched for hours for the best way to cook my pork tenderloin roast... read all the reviews here and I’m glad I tried this one!🙌 I used only one large garlic clove (plenty for my crew), went with Dijon mustard (not yellow), and olive oil to brown. Also made a yummy gravy by adding corn starch & water mix to that lovely butter sauce—AMAZING HIT especially with mashed potatoes & Parmesan roasted green beans I made as the roast rested. Beautiful meal! Thanks again!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Delicious! Very moist and makes incredible sandwich/salad:/wrap meat, too.
