Reall tasty and easy to make. Great weeknight option when busy and want some comfort food. I used half and half for the cream and used 1 lb regular potato gnocchi and 1 lb cauliflower gnocchi. Also used the basil paste in a tube, since I have a hard time keeping fresh basil in good shape. I just use about 1/2 c. mozzarella shredded off a brick and stir it in instead of mozzarella balls. Then just cover to melt instead of putting in oven.

It was pretty tasty! I think it was lacking in the spice department. If I were to make it again I would want to experiment with some more italian esque spices.

quick and easy. love the last part to broil it in the oven, gives it a nice finish.

Delicious! Used 2% milk instead of light cream, veggie broth instead of white wine, 1 tbs dried basil instead of fresh, and 24oz of sauce instead of 16. I doubt these substitutions changed too much of the result. Added vegetarian "meatballs" to make a mock bolognese. Would 100% make again!
