    The shrimp turned out great. I added some minced garlic when I sautéed the shrimp and made the sauce with mayo, sour cream, a little cumin, a few drops of hot sauce and juice of half a lime. Garnished with cabbage, Mexican melting cheese, fresh Pico de Gallo, avocado, cilantro and lime slices.

    We added more chipotle peppers to the sauce/salsa and it was perfect for us
