Super yummy! Added zucchini for extra color and nutrition. Used chicken, spinach, & feta sausage. Topped with feta cheese instead of parm. Family approved!!

This dish was so good!!! I used a spicy Italian chicken sausage and instead of fresh garlic I used garlic salt. Was delicious and super easy ,I will definitely be making this meal again!

Very tasty! I cut up some green bell pepper to go with it and it really added to the dish. Will make again!

It was quick and easy. I was short on time so used garlic powder and skipped the actual garlic and sprinkled it on with italian seasoning before the first roasting time. 20 minutes was plenty of time to cook summer squash.
