Made this for my wife and I using Aidell's Chicken Mango Jalapeno sausage and it was incredibly delicious. My only complaint is a result of my own bone-headedness. I meant to add zucchini in place of the potatoes but completely forgot!

Good starting place: next time, I’d add veggies in shifts rather than all at once.

yummy 😋 I have learned by doing sheet pan dinners a few times to chop the potatoes very small and some of the vegetables that cook faster larger so that they come out pretty evenly cooked.

Delicious. I used the Sam's Place Chicken Apple Sausage, cauliflower, broccoli, red onions, diced celery, and bell peppers. Very healthy. Seasoned with salt, black and cayenne pepper, and paprika. Baked under 500 degrees for 15 minutes until it browned at the top. Yum!

it was a big fan with the family! we are trying to work in more veggies and our meals and this worked great!
